(1) Owner not registered for VAT, i.e. the price is not subject to VAT

Includes pre and post stay cleans. All bedding and towels are provided and changed after every 5 days.
A single excess of 50% of the per day rate is applicable for stays less than 3 nights.

(2) The house has a floating jetty boat mooring for use by guests.
